Account Director/Account Lead

We are looking for an Account Director/Account Lead for our newly formed digital direct marketing company, Falcon Response.   With a focus on results, Falcon Response generates high quality online leads and customers for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries.  Leveraging Leapfrog Online's proprietary toolsets, such as technology, analytics and media buying expertise, Falcon offers a wide range of services including SEM/SEO, micro-site development, display media buying, affiliate management and site conversion optimization.

The Account Director will be responsible for creating, building and managing online customer acquisition/lead generation programs for Falcon clients.  This person will be the client's strategic expert in online customer acquisition/lead generation, providing solutions across a wide range of online marketing/media strategies and tactics.  Deep experience in building relationships with internal teams, partners and multiple client points of contact is essential.

As Account Director, the candidate will need experience coordinating a team that manages multiple programs across industries that include financial services, education, insurance, healthcare and subscription-based services. This person should have demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, organization management and communication skills. 

The Account Director will also serve as the internal communications "hub" for all internal resources including Business Development, Media, and Technical/Operations. A working knowledge of web technology, analytics, and reporting is important to ensure the programs are developed and managed to achieve program success.


Responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Management - Manage client relationships at the Director/VP/SVP level
    • Account Planning - Development of marketing strategies to meet client goals and identify new potential marketing opportunities on client's behalf
    • Client Growth - Identify opportunities on behalf of client and recommend solutions for increased volume, quality and ROI
  • Program Management - Lead internal and external resources to ensure successful development and scale of digital direct marketing programs

Marketing Analyst

For the Marketing Analyst, we are seeking a candidate with 2+ years experience performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis preferably in the marketing arena to support and enhance Leapfrog Online's marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts through advanced analytics, marketing research, and generation of fact-based recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing campaign response data to evaluate performance, identify trends and develop customer segments for better targeting.
  • Performing data analyses to measure the impact of various promotional programs, segment-based targeting initiatives and marketing experiments.
  • Defining metrics, developing tools and publishing reports to enable more efficient and accurate measurement/monitoring of marketing campaign performance.
  • Developing and presenting recommendations based on precise, fact-based analysis of in-house (proprietary) and third-party data.
  • Participating in developing and maintaining relevant statistical models (multivariate, time-series, regression) to investigate patterns and predict and forecast results
  • Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with all Leapfrog employees as well as external vendors and resources
  • Developing an excellent understanding of Leapfrog Online's business model and its strategies from a client management and media buying standpoint.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferably with a major with emphasis on quantitative courses; a Master's is a plus.

Media Specialist

For the Media Specialist, we are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years experience with online media, offline media, or direct marketing to launch and manage Leapfrog Online's advertising programs via a combination of media trafficking, internal tracking/analysis/reporting, and ongoing management and quality control of media partners.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating relationships, both with online media partners and internal Leapfrog teams, to ensure client programs are launched on time with 100% accuracy including:
    • Internal campaign initiation and Insertion Order creation
    • Creative request development and management
    • Campaign ID link development and management
    • Media material trafficking
  • Managing existing program tracking, optimization and reporting processes.
  • Supporting Campaign Manager on media partner relationships to ensure a consistent flow of communication and revenue
  • Utilizing client monthly audits and ad hoc client requests to ensure existing programs are implemented as planned and compliant with client guidelines

Software Engineer

For the Software Engineer position, we are seeking a candidate with of 5 years experience developing, testing, deploying and maintaining interactive web applications in open source environments, as well as command-line batch processing scripts in Python, Ruby, Perl or PHP scripting languages to develop and deploy web-based applications and associated support programs. 

Responsibilities include:

Supporting new software development, site production and operations as needed by the assigned business unit:
  • With project managers, gathering requirements from internal customers and end-users
  • Advising internal customers on the development resource constraints and risks for requested functionality
  • Developing code using test-driven, object-oriented methodologies
  • Performing unit testing and integration tests
  • Participating in end-user acceptance testing
  • Incorporating end-user feedback into later iterations of the software

  • A minimum of 5 years experience with any SQL-based RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred) in the form of writing efficient SQL queries and executing them via programming language interfaces

Web Developer

For the Web Developer, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years experience developing and maintaining consumer facing applications and websites to develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing web-based applications and websites for a growing business within Leapfrog Online

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, launching and maintaining consumer facing websites and web applications using open source technologies and test-driven, object oriented methodologies
  • Performing unit tests, integration tests, ongoing quality assurance tests including functional testing and browser/OS interoperability as well as participating in user-acceptance testing
  • Documenting system architecture, source code, administration, and maintenance processes
  • Performing regular and consistent user experience and code optimization on all websites
  • Supporting site content and offer changes, and assisting with marketing driven tests
  • Collaborating with operations manager to develop and execute against production schedules (site updates, email campaigns, report generation, etc.)
  • Participating in conceptualizing and creating new technical solutions (features, functionality, and new applications) based on user feedback or as required by the growing business needs
