Since establishing Leapfrog in 1995, CEO and Co-Founder Dave Husain has seen Leapfrog grow into one of the largest independent digital marketing firms in the United States. Husain's more than 25 years of consumer and business-to-business marketing experience with organizations including Discover Financial Services, The Northern Trust Company and Continental Illinois Bank have helped to cement Leapfrog's position as a trusted, results-focused digital marketing leader.
President and Co-Founder
Scott co-founded Leapfrog in 1995 guiding the organization from a start-up to one of the largest digital marketing firms in the US. As President, Scott is responsible for leading corporate development, financial strategy, and direction of the company. Scott led the organization’s private equity capital raise to fuel the company’s acquired growth vision. Prior to founding Leapfrog, he held senior-level marketing positions at Discover Financial Services, including being on the national Discover Card launch team. Scott has served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit Boards. He was recently selected as a “Digital 50” by The Agenda, an elite group of individuals qualified to serve on boards as digital experts.
Jason worked with the company’s co-founders to build Leapfrog from a start-up into one of the largest performance marketing agencies in the country. In addition to his corporate development and strategy role at Leapfrog, Wadler is the chair of the Leapfrog Marketing Institute, Leapfrog’s market research arm. Wadler has over 25 years of corporate strategy and marketing expertise, having held senior-level roles at Townsend Agency, MediaOne/Comcast, Ameritech/AT&T and Discover Financial Services. He is an active adviser and board member for a number of Chicago-based digital companies, and serves as board president of the Vasculitis Foundation, an international non-profit organization.
SVP, General Manager
Tony leads a high performing, cross-disciplinary team that services Leapfrog’s client portfolio focused on driving growth and profitability for our clients through strategic digital marketing. Tony brings his expertise in digital and direct marketing to the financial services, education, and telecommunications verticals to guide high-impact strategic digital marketing for Leapfrog’s clients. Prior to Leapfrog, he was at Capital One where he focused on digital marketing, product development and national advertising. He also was at Leo Burnett where he worked on brands including Disney, Morgan Stanley, Gateway Computers, Starbucks and Bank One. Tony enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and practicing the art of being a wine aficionado.
EVP, Industry Practices and Product Dev
For over 15 years, Cass has been building Leapfrog’s business and clients to help solidify its consistent delivery of leadership in digital marketing. Today, his focus is working to consistently evolve and strengthen Leapfrog's digital marketing solutions for both business and corporate development. Cass works with Fortune 100 companies including telecommunications, financial services and technology industries including Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Allstate, 3M and Motorola. Prior to Leapfrog Cass was a Director at Leo Burnett Technology Group (LBWorks), where he managed the growth of building brands and go-to-market strategies for technology focused brands. His passions include time with his family including coaching youth sports and anything involving the outdoors.
CTO, SVP TECHNOLOGY
As Senior Vice President at Leapfrog, Joel Grossman leads the team responsible for development, delivery and optimization of Leapfrog's digital platform. Prior to joining Leapfrog, Joel was the Founder and Managing Principal of Pivotal Click, a digital product development firm focused on online customer acquisition, which was acquired by Leapfrog in 2008. Grossman also built the interactive Branding practice for Lipson, Alport Glass and Associated (now BrandImage). He brings more than 15 years of experience to the digital team, having held senior positions with Playboy Enterprises and Encyclopaedia Britannica, as well as heading up product development for Edventions, a start-up acquired by Edison Schools.
SVP, CONSUMER JOURNEY
As Senior Vice President, Consumer Journey, Matt is focused on driving a robust understanding of the consumer to deliver more relevant and personalized conversion experiences. He oversees the Marketing Insights, Digital Media and Call Center teams that drive the analysis, planning and execution of consumer journey optimizations across all relevant touch points (online & offline). His team leverages consumer insights and trends to develop marketing and testing strategies to optimize the evolving consumer purchase path via data driven engagement in media and personalized digital (UX) and offline conversion experiences. Before joining Leapfrog, Matt worked at Leo Burnett's tech focused division (LBWorks), Ogilvy & Mather and DDB Needham/Tracy Locke. He is an active member of CIMA, DMA, CADM, IAB, MMA and writes and speaks regularly as an industry thought leader in digital marketing strategies.
SVP, MARKETING OPERATIONS
Mike leverages his extensive background in both the tech and creative worlds to guide the Marketing Operations Program Management, Front End Development and Creative teams to consistent, operational excellence for Leapfrog’s clients. Prior to joining Leapfrog, Mike ran Program Management for frog design in San Francisco, and prior to that, Mike created the Program Management Office for Sony’s Interactive Network team (Playstation).
With a PhD in Engineering from Dartmouth College, Mike enjoys tinkering with music-related electronics after hours.
VP, DIGITAL MEDIA
As the head of Leapfrog's Performance Media practice, Tim leads a team of over 20 experts in Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social. Tim and team are focused on driving business outcomes through Digital Media and the continuous innovation required to keep our clients' programs ahead of the competition. Tim is a leader in the space, having been in the Paid Search industry since its infancy and being asked to speak at events with Google and DoubleClick. Prior to joining Leapfrog in 2005, Tim worked at Advertising.com where he played a critical role in building their SEM practice.
